Plant Improvement Act, 1976 (Act No. 53 of 1976)

Notwithstanding the provisions of regulations 10, 11 and 12, the records which are to be kept in terms of those regulations in respect of a lot of propagating material may, in so far as the nature thereof permits, be kept jointly if that lot is handled by separate businesses situated on the same premises.
