Declaration relating to plants and propagating material imported for immediate export or for purpose other than cultivation |
(1) | A declaration relating to each consignment of plants and propagating material that is imported into the Republic for immediate export or for purposes other than the cultivation thereof shall, prior to or on the arrival thereof in the Republic, be lodged in the form set out in Schedule L by the person who imports that plants and propagating material. |
(2) | Such a form in respect of a consignment of plants and propagating material that is imported shall be posted to or delivered at the address specified in column 2 of Table 5. |
(3) | A consignment of plants and propagating material may be removed from the port of entry thereof only after a declaration referred to in subregulation (1) in respect thereof has been received at the address referred to in subregulation (2). |
