Regulations

(1)	The fee specified in item 4(a) of Table 1 shall be payable by any person desiring to inspect a document which has been lodged with the registrar in terms of the Act and which, in the opinion of the registrar, may be open for inspection by the public.

(2)	Any person requiring a copy of a document referred to in subregulation (1) shall apply therefor in the form set out in Schedule K.

(3)	Such an application shall be accompanied by the application fee specified in item 4(b) of Table 1.
