The owner or occupier of an establishment at which the business of a nursery is conducted shall, in respect of each lot of plants cultivated there for sale, keep complete records of—
(a) | the date on which the lot concerned was made available for sale; |
(b) | the kind and variety of the plants in the lot concerned; |
(c) | the number of plants in the lot concerned; |
(d) | the lot number of the lot concerned; and |
(e) | the number of the certificate issued in respect thereof if the plants in that lot were certified. |
