102. Personating officers of telecommunications company with fraudulent intent

Any person who with fraudulent intent personates or represents himself or herself to be an officer of the telecommunications company, shall be guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding R4 000 or imprisonment for a period not exceeding 12 months or to both such fine and such imprisonment.
