Postal Services Act, 1998 (Act No. 124 of 1998)

Any postal article, other than a letter, may, without opening, be examined by means of detection devices in order to ascertain whether that article may be transmitted at the rate of postage pre-paid thereon or whether it has been posted in contravention of this Act.
