49. Money orders and postal orders regarded as bank notes

1)Any money order, postal order or other document issued under section 47 must be regarded as being a bank note or an order for the payment of money and a valuable security within the meaning of any law relating to forgery or theft.

 

2)Any unissued postal order must be regarded as money of the postal company.
