Independent Communications Authority of South Africa

The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (“the Authority”) hereby issues a notice to increase the fees associated with registration, renewal and annual fee in line with regulation 10(1), (2) and (3) of the Unreserved Postal Services Regulations as published in Government Gazette No. 43415 of 27 March 2020 (Notice No 381).

Effective from the 1st of April 2023, all registration, renewal and annual fees relating to Unreserved Postal Services will be increased by 6.9% based on the average Consumer Price Index (CPI).

Schedule 1 contains the fees relating to Unreserved Postal Services and will be effective from 1 April 2023.
