(1) | In order to prevent any realisable property from being disposed of or removed contrary to a restraint order, any police officer may seize any such property if he or she has reasonable grounds to believe that such property will be so disposed of or removed. |
(2) | Property seized under subsection (1) shall be dealt with in accordance with the directions of the superior court which made the relevant restraint order. |
