22. Functions of curator bonis

(1)Immediately after letters of curatorship have been granted to a curator bonis appointed under this Act, the curator bonis shall take into his or her custody all the property in respect of which he or she was appointed, as well as any book, record or other document in the possession or custody or under the control of any person referred to in section 18(1)(b) or 20(2)(c) which relates to the said property.

 

(2)Save as is otherwise provided in this Act, the provisions of the Administration of Estates Act, 1965 (Act No. 66 of 1965), shall mutatis mutandis apply in respect of a curator bonis appointed under this Act.
