Proceeds of Crime Act, 1996 (Act No. 76 of 1996)

For the purposes of this Act, a person has benefited from crime if he or she has at any time, whether before or after the commencement of this Act, received any payment or other reward in connection with any criminal activity carried on by him or her or by any other person.
