Proceeds of Crime Act, 1996 (Act No. 76 of 1996)

To provide for the recovery of the proceeds of crime; for the prohibition of money laundering; and for an obligation to report certain information; and to provide for matters connected therewith.

BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of the Republic of South Africa, as follows:—
