10. Roles and Responsibilities of Department

The responsibilities of the Department are to—

 

(a) compile a register of approved listed beneficiaries;

 

(b) manage the processing of applications for housing assistance to the extent indicated in the Regulations;

 

(c) ensure that the Fund Administrator makes payments in terms of this Regulations; and

 

(d) provide the accessible and transparent system for recording payments made to beneficiaries and reporting on information relating to the implementation of the Regulations.
