Property Time-Sharing Control Act, 1983 (Act No. 75 of 1983)

The Minister may, subject to any regulation made under section 12 (1)(e), on such conditions as he may deem fit, by notice in writing to any person or category of persons, exempt such person or category of persons from any provision of this Act, and may at any time in like manner revoke any such exemption.
