Property Valuation Act, 2014 (Act No. 17 of 2014)

The Valuer-General, having regard to the professional fees determined in terms of section 35 of the Property Valuers Profession Act, determines the basis for the calculation of valuation fees to be recovered from departments, in respect of valuations referred to in section 12(1)(b).
