The Information Regulator hereby gives notice of the commencement of the Regulations issued in terms of Section 112(2) of the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (Act No. 4 of 2013) as follows:

 

(a) Regulation 4 commencing on 1 May 2021;
(b) Regulation 5 commencing on 1 March 2021 and
(c) The residual Regulations commencing on 1 July 2021.
