| (1) | This Act is called the Public Administration Management Act, 2014, and takes effect on a date determined by the President by proclamation in the Gazette. |
| (2) | Different dates may be so determined in respect of different— |
| (a) | provisions of this Act; and |
| (b) | categories of institutions. |
