I, Enoch Godongwana, Minister of Finance, in terms of section 92 of the Public Finance Management Act, 1999 (Act No. 1 of 1999 - 'the PFMA'), hereby exempt the Durban Container Terminal Pier 2 - Special Purpose Vehicle, an entity under the ownership control of Transnet SOC Limited, with effect from the date of its incorporation, for a period of 25 years, from the provisions of the PFMA and any regulations and instructions in terms of the PFMA.
