Public Service Act, 1994 (Act No. 103 of 1994)

The Minister shall, after consultation with the Minister of Co-operative Governance and Traditional Affairs, approve a framework for a community development worker programme to regulate the CDWP in accordance with the objectives set out in regulation 108 (herein called the CDWP framework).
