8. Record-keeping of delegations and correction of acts and omissions

(1) A head of a department shall keep a register of all delegations made in terms of section 42A of the Act in the format directed by the Minister.

 

(2) An executive authority shall keep copies of all documents relating to the correction of an act or omission in terms of section 5(7) of the Act.
