(1)The Refugee Appeals Authority of South Africa may, make a ruling in terms of the practice note that two or more appeals be determined together where it appears to the Refugee Appeals Authority of South Africa that—

 

(2)they relate to decisions or actions taken in respect of persons who are members of the same family; or

 

(3)for some other reason it is practical and efficient to proceed with two or more appeals under this Rule.
