(1) | The Refugee Appeals Authority of South Africa may, make a ruling in terms of the practice note that two or more appeals be determined together where it appears to the Refugee Appeals Authority of South Africa that— |
(2) | they relate to decisions or actions taken in respect of persons who are members of the same family; or |
(3) | for some other reason it is practical and efficient to proceed with two or more appeals under this Rule. |
