8. Change in Address

(1) The Appellant must notify the Registrar of the Refugee Appeals Authority of South Africa of any change in his or her address or personal details provided in the Notice of Appeal, within 30 days of knowing such change.

(2) The address and personal details contemplated in sub-rule 1 is, for the purposes of these Rules, deemed to be the address to which the service of processes or correspondence may be made.
