Regulation of Foreign Military Assistance Act, 1998 (Act No. 15 of 1998)

The Minister, in consultation with the Committee, may exempt any person from the provisions of sections 4 and 5 in respect of a particular event or situation, and subject to such conditions as he or she may determine.
