| 1. | In terms of section 5(1) of the Remuneration of Public Office Bearers Ct, 1998 (Act No. 20 of 1998) (hereafter referred to as ("the Act"), I hereby determine that the salaries and allowances of the Traditional Leaders, Members of the National House and Provincial Houses of Traditional Leaders for the 2023/2024 year and 2024/2025 financial year shall be as set out in Schedule 1, subject to the provisions of section 5(2) and (4) of the Act, and the terms and conditions set out herein. |
| 2. | Proclamation No.134 published in the Government Gazette No. 49124 of 16 August 2023, is hereby repealed. |
