Road Traffic Management Corporation Act, 1999 (Act No. 20 of 1999)

The chief executive officer may, in accordance with the business and financial plan and subject to section 37 and Chapter 6, contractually appoint one or more business groups for each functional unit to provide road traffic services related to the functional areas concerned.
