Road Traffic Management Corporation Act, 1999 (Act No. 20 of 1999)

No employee of the Corporation, nor the Corporation, is liable in respect of anything done or omitted in good faith in the exercise of a power or the performance of a duty in terms of this Act, or in respect of anything that may result therefrom.
