52. Offences

Any person who—

(a0fails to comply with a notice to attend a hearing served in terms of section 46(4);
(b)fails to comply with any directive issued in terms of section 46(6); or
(c)contravenes a provision of section 49, is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine or a period of imprisonment not exceeding two years.
