49. Expiry and renewal of licence of self-regulatory organisation

(1)The licence of a self-regulatory organisation (in this Chapter referred to as "a licence") expires on 31 December of the year for which it is issued but may be renewed on application to the registrar.

 

(2)An application for renewal of a licence must be—
(a)made in the manner and contain the information prescribed by the registrar;
(b)accompanied by the application fee prescribed by the Minister; and
(c)supplemented by any additional information that the registrar may reasonably require.
