1. Establishment of Security Services Special Account

There shall be established, with effect from a date to be determined by the Prime Minister, an account to be known as the Security Services Special Account (hereinafter referred to as the account) which shall, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any other law contained, be credited with—

(a)moneys appropriated by Parliament for the account;
(b) interest derived from the investment of moneys standing to the credit of the account;
(c) refunds of expenditure incurred on the account at any time.
