(a)The Authority may where practicalities require the progressive application of a specific section of this Notice, exempt any insurer from that section for a specified period on specific conditions.
(b)An exemption in terms of paragraph (a) may apply to a specific insurer, insurers generally or be limited in application to particular kinds or types of insurers.
