I, Dube Phineas Tshidi, Authority of Long-term Insurance and Authority of Short-term Insurance, hereby, under the Long-term Insurance Act, 1998 (Act No. 52 of 1998) and Short-term Insurance Act, 1998 (Act No. 53 of 1998) ("the Acts"), prescribe the governance and risk management framework for insurers referred to in sections 12(1)(bD) of the Acts as set out in Schedule A hereto.

The Board Notice takes effect on 1 April 2015.
