2. Security to be provided to Lloyd's South African Trust

Subject to paragraph 8 and the approval of the Authority, the security referred to in paragraph 4 shall be provided to the trustee of the Lloyd’s South African Trust, to be held and administered by the trustee in terms of the trust deed of the Lloyd’s South African Trust.
