13.1The Governing Board must ensure that AgriSETA performs the functions contemplated in clause 11.

 

13.2The Governing Board must ensure that AgriSETA complies with this constitution, the Act, the Skills Development Levies Act, the Public Finance Management Act and any other applicable law.
