In this constitution any word or expression to which a meaning has been assigned in the Skills Development Act No. 97 of 1998 shall bear that meaning, and unless the context otherwise indicates:
means the Agriculture Sector Education and Training Authority;
means an alternate to a member as contemplated in clause 12.7 of this constitution;
means the chairperson of the Governing Board;
means a clause in this constitution;
means the Department of Labour;
means the deputy chairperson of the Governing Board;
means the Director-General of Labour:
means the executive officer appointed in terms of this constitution;
means the Governing Board contemplated in clause 12.2 of this constitution;
means a natural person who is a member of the Governing Board as contemplated in clause 12.2 of this constitution; or a member of the Executive Committee as contemplated in clause 27.1 of this constitution;
means the Minister of Labour;
means employers organised for the purpose of furthering their interests as employers;
means trade unions registered in terms of the Labour Relations Act No. 66 of 1995;
means the Public Finance Management Act No. 1 of 1999;
means a natural person representing organized labour or organised employers on a standing committee of AgriSETA;
means the Skills Development Levies Act No. 9 of 1999;
means the South African Qualifications Authority Act No. 58 of 1995;
means the Skills Development Act No. 97 of 1998; and
means a trade union registered in terms of the Labour Relations Act, 1995.
