Chapter Eight : Executive Officer

40. Appointment

40.1The Governing Board must appoint a suitably qualified person as executive officer of AgriSETA.

 

40.2The Governing Board may, subject to the provisions of this constitution, appoint persons as employees of AgriSETA to assist in the performance of the functions of the executive officer.
