Chapter Five : Executive Committee

28. Composition

28.1The Executive Committee consists of fourteen members:
28.1.1the chairperson;
28.1.2the deputy chairperson;
28.1.3six members nominated by members representing employers; and
28.1.4six members nominated by members representing employees.

 

28.2The quorum necessary for the transaction of business shall be fifty percent plus one of members.
