10. Delegation of powers and functions

10.1The Council may delegate any of its powers and duties to the Executive committee, a specialist advisory committee, any other committee, the office bearers or employees of the SETA.

 

10.2A delegation by Council may include the power to sub-delegate.

 

10.3A delegation or sub-delegation in terms of this clause—
10.3.1may be made subject to any conditions;
10.3.2does not divest the Council or any other committee of any power or duty by virtue of the delegation or sub-delegation; and
10.3.3does not prevent the Council or any other relevant committee from varying or setting aside any decision made under any delegation or sub-delegation.
