Social Assistance Act, 2004 (Act No. 13 of 2004)

This Act is called the Social Assistance Act, 2004, and comes into operation on a date determined by the President by proclamation in the Gazette.

Different dates may, under subsection (1), be so fixed in respect of different provisions of this Act.
