Social Housing Act, 2008 (Act No. 16 of 2008)

Any person who contravenes or fails to comply with any provision of these Regulations shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable upon conviction to a fine or imprisonment not exceeding a period of six months, or to both a fine and such imprisonment.
