17. Dissolution of Council

(1)The board shall in terms of a unanimous resolution by the societies present at a general meeting of the societies convened in terms of the constitution, dissolve the Council.

 

(2)If the Council is dissolved the provisions of section 16 shall apply mutatis mutandis.
