6. Area of jurisdiction and office of Boxing SA

Subject to the Constitution,
Boxing SA
has jurisdiction in all the provinces of the Republic.
(2)
Boxing SA, in consultation with the
Minister
, must determine the location of the head office for Boxing SA.
