38. Consolidation of complaints

(1)The Provincial Manager may, on his or her own accord or on written application by a party to the proceedings, consolidate two or more complaints and deal with these complaints in the some proceedings: Provided that the complaints originated in the area of the Provincial Office as contemplated in article 5 of these Procedures.

 

(2)The Provincial Manager may, in consultation with any relevant stakeholders, determine that a class of complaints be handled together.
