South African Human Rights Commission Act, 2013 (Act No. 40 of 2013)

The chief executive officer may, subject to the provisions of regulation 13(4), at any time before, during or after a member of staff is charged with misconduct, suspend that member of staff from duty until an investigation or disciplinary hearing contemplated in regulation 20 with regard to such a charge has been completed.
