South African Human Rights Commission Act, 2013 (Act No. 40 of 2013)

The chief executive officer shall be responsible for the management of and administrative control over the staff and may, subject to the provisions of the Act and these regulations and in so far as these regulations do not provide otherwise, regulate matters in relation to the management of and administrative control over the staff in the manner which he or she deems fit.
