(1) | The different categories of salaries and salary scales applicable to the chief executive officer and the different categories of members of staff shall be as set out in Part 1 of Annexure B. |
(2) | If a member of staff has at least one year's actual service on the staff, he or she shall receive an annual service bonus equal to one twelfth of his or her basic annual salary in the calendar month of his or her birthday. |
(3) | Every member of staff shall receive an annual pension allowance equal to 12,5% of his or her annual salary. |
(4) | Every member of staff shall receive an annual medical allowance as set out in Part 2 of Schedule B. |
(5) | A member of staff may receive an annual housing allowance equal to 68% of the annual instalment in redemption of capital and interest on a mortgage loan registered in his or her name at a registered financial institution, subject to a maximum allowance of R9 372 per annum. |
(6) | The salaries and allowances referred to in subregulations (1), (3), (4) and (5) shall be paid monthly on such dates and in such manner as the chief executive officer may from time to time determine. |
