15. SASAR manuals and responsibilities of signatories thereto

(1)SASAR must compile manuals regarding  search and rescue  services and operations and matters connected therewith and keep those manuals up to date.

(2)The responsibilities of the signatories  to the SASAR manual contemplated in section 5(1) must be set out in the manual and be executed in accordance with it.
