I, Enoch Godongwana, the Minister of Finance, in terms of section 19(1)(a) of the South African Reserve Bank Act (Act No. 90 of 1989 - 'the Act'), hereby declare that—
| (a) | the seven coins per domination of The Odyssey coin series as set out in section (a) of Schedule 2 to the Act, which will be manufactured and issued by virtue of section 16(1) of the Act, will be legal tender as from the date of publication in the Government Gazette; |
| (b) | the design of the said coin series will be the designs as shown and which are attached to this notice; and |
| (c) | that the specifications of the said coin are as follows: |
