(1) The return a bank is in terms of section 10A (11) of the Act required to furnish to the Registrar of Banks referred to in section 10A (2) of the Act shall be so furnished in the form of form DI 310 prescribed in Annexure 11 to the Regulations Relating to Deposit taking Institutions published under Government Notice No. R. 2799 of 30 November 1990, as amended.

 

(2) The provisions of regulation 43, as amended from time to time, of the Regulations Relating to Deposit-taking Institutions, referred to in subregulation (1), shall be applicable with regard to the completion by the reporting bank of the return referred to in subregulation (1).
