| 18.1 | The Board shall from time to time appoint— |
| (a) | a Risk Committee; |
| (b) | an Audit Committee; |
| (c) | a Remuneration Committee; and |
| (d) | any other committee that it deems fit. |
| 18.2 | The Board, in selecting members and defining the terms of reference of the committees mentioned in Regulation 18.1, shall consider accepted norms and best practice prevailing at the time. |
