The South African Civil Aviation Authority Levies Act, 1998 (Act No. 41 of 1998), has been updated with the Withdrawal, with immediate effect, of Government Notice No. 5025, GG50903 dated 5 July 2024 - Amendment of Determination – published in error, as per Notice No. 5080, GG50987, dated 30 July 2024.
The South African Civil Aviation Authority Levies Act, 1998 (Act No. 41 of 1998), has been updated with Amendments to the Determination under Notice R.1665 of 1998 – effective 5 August 2025, as per Notice No. 5025, GG50903, dated 5 July 2024.
